Lately I haven't been getting a lot of sleep and what little I do get it isn't that great... bug surprise when you are a student! So I tried sleeping with head phones on... well depending on the music I got some super interesting dreams - but no restful sleep as was my goal.
So I am looking into those special clock sound maker things, the ones that are like clinically proven to help you sleep. As a student there isn't a huge budget for things like that but I did find this sound therapy system from Sound Oasis for $49.99.
I found this too about them....Sleep Deprivation May Spur Serious Mental Problems, Study Finds...so that's my problem! LOL!
